In Short
Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.

Terrible customer service, managers incapable of reasonable thought

Terrible management, salesgirls who lie, total apathy on the part of every employee. Refused to refund labor on a broken brand new computer they sold me.
