THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES ANYWHERE. I WAS TRYING TO BUY A MORE EXPENSIVE BIKE AND THE Y SHOWED ME SOME CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES AS WELL. THEY GIVE YOU LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE FRAME OF THE BIKE, FREE TUNE UP AS WELL. I TOOK MY 3 BIKES IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY HAD THEM SERVICED THE SAME DAY BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM DONE QUICK! BEVERLY HILLS BIKE SHOP CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 50 DOLLARS FOR THE SAME EXACT SERVICE!

Pros: GREAT PRICES, EASY PARKING, KNOWLEDGABLE FRIENDLY STAFF

Cons: The only other bikecology is in malibu

I bought a racing carbon frame and all its parts from e-bay. Everything was in a huge mess. I called them I told them my situation and they told me I need to go in for them to see the bike and all the parts. So I took everything in, they look at the frame and all the parts,and I told them that I have to have the bike before the weekend for the marraton, they gave me an amazing price to put the bike back together for me with all the parts in such a small time frame. They also let me know that the parts I bought on e-bay are not complet, and they will get the parts for me A.S.A.P. I was amazed they got everything done for me on FRIDAY before the marraton. That is amazing I'm so happy with the turn around and the service. They came through for me even before the time they promissed me. All I can say is that IF you need detailed service and a great turn around I highly recomend this store. They are my store for life.

Pros: They deliver on their promise.

Perhaps there are other good employees there which got the one good review for this store, but when we went there the two employees were incredibly rude and actually LIED several times. I called to ask if they had a specific bike and they said they did have it in the store right there, I asked if they had my specific size, they said they did, I said I would buy two and they quoted a discounted price to me, I said that I would come in to buy the two bikes tomorrow and he said ok see you tomorrow. I went to the store the guy did not have the bike and tried to sell me a different bike - I said no I'm looking for a specific bike you said you had it! He was very rude and pushy and tried to sell me the other bike. Finally he said he could order the bike I actually wanted BUT I had to pay upfront!! By this time I would not trust this guy with a penny of my money, never mind hundreds of dollars, most likely I'd pay him and then he'd deny having ever seen me before. Incredibly dishonest and rude (OWNER?) - do NOT go there!

We recently took a trip to venice from Las Vegas and these guys were top rate when it comes to bikes and the know how. Not only were they quick to answer our questions (honestly) they also installed my new bike basket at no charge!!! So, for all who have written a bad review screw you.

Pros: A+++ service and people

Cons: not close enough to the beach

This place is a joke. My friend and I went in searching for a bike rack and information for our trip. The man who spoke with us was very curt and basically said don't buy a rack anywhere except a specialty shop or don't plan on going on the freeway. That was the extent of the information he offered. Uh, ok thanks. We bought a rack at target for half the price of his that held just fine. We also stopped in a second time to buy a few bolts to repair a broken pedal. Again, the same guy refused to sell us a bolt because he didn't have any that would fit on a deptartment store bought bike. Bull****. This guy was a lazy jerk. But we found another shop just up the street on robertson who is wonderful! Thanks for nothing Bicology...btw our trip was GREAT! :)

Their service was better than some of the other shops I have been to previously. I took my bike in for a tune-up. Their repair job was excellent and I got my bike back the next day as promised. They even helped me load my car.

Pros: great service, quality work

We had the worst bike shopping experience thus far. The bike selection was slim and when we took several for a spin they didn't ride well due to poor assembly. After careful examination, the bikes original higher quality components seemed to have been replaced with cheaper components. When we asked for help fitting a bike we were blown off and told "See that one? Uh, that one seems fine." We overheard another customer who asked for assistance selecting a bike helmet being told, "Just pick one." We were very disappointed and took our business elswhere.
