After reading the reviews from other people, I went to have my vacuum serviced....and I'm happy I did. Sergio is amazing! He is honest, personable and extremely knowledgeable about vacuums. I would recommend him to anyone! As it stands, I've since sold my vacuum cleaner and am buying a new one from Sergio...that's how much I trust him.

Thanks for your Honesty, good work and customer service. Sergio serviced my Miele vacuum cleaner and he fixed fast and for a reasonable price $85 . I had taken this same vacuum cleaner to "Boulevard Vacuum " on Pico near La Brea and I was told that the repairs would be in the range of $400. I would recommend Sergio's Beverly Hills Vacuum and Electrical business to everyone.
Pros: Honesty, great customer service, prompness, and reasonable fees.

I thank you, Sergio. It's great to know that the honest small business can still exist in a big city. Sergio was straight-forward, prompt, friendly, and professional. i had a bad switch on my vacuum and he replaced it in a jiffy. He actually tried to undercharge me!

I've brought in ancient electrical pedestal fans which were deemed unfixable. And guess what?! Sergio fixed them! He's a master of figuring out weird little things no one else has thought about. Also, he has a genuine passion for tinkering - all at a VERY reasonable price. I wouldn't dream of bringing my fine art deco lamps, fans or my fabulous vacuum cleaner (which is how I found this gem of a place) to anyone else. And yes, they've got a few parking spots behind the store, which is located three doors West of Robertson on Pico Blvd. Go see Sergio or suffer the horror of useless appliances! :-) Cheerio!
