Here's where to find that little piece of bliss to tuck away in your day- from the moment the receptionist ushers you in towards your private suite, you're feeling absolutely taken care of. There's an amazing vibe throughout the place- mellow and relaxed and calm. THEN you have the massage, and if you like someone taking ALL of the stress out of EVERYTHING, this is the place for you. As a dancer, I suffered a pulled groin last summer, and it took all of an hour for Peter to shiatsu me on my way to recovery, and I have to say that no one else had been able to help me with the pain. But he certainly was, and it was incredible. A couple more things to consider- how lovely and warm and welcoming the staff is, the sauna and steam room and shower made available to you, and the personal suite you have to just relax if you want. Another plus? You have the most amazing and lovely and fantastic experience- and it's still affordable!! I would highly recommend Brooks as THE number one spot in LA for a massage, no question about it. When you walk away, not only is your body nourished and rejuvenated, but so is your spirit.
Pros: Warm and welcoming, great energy and environment- and a kick-butt massage!
