Roses are a women's best friend at Valentine's Day. You seem to know how to treat your women. Have you called the florist vendor(hopefully you selected a local florist who you can speak w/ one on one instead of a call center) you placed the order with? Your vendor was able to deliver what you ordered as promised? right? Most florist's I have dealings with are always willing to stand behind their product when I talk to the real florist.. I betcha that if you had called them to let them know about this you probably would have been so happy you would not have to publically vent. If I had a product that did not deliver as promised I would call to see if anything could be done about it. Looks like you did not so that would be my next step. Please let us know the specifics of how and if you got satisfaction.......so all the rest of us will know how to deal w/ these type of problems in the future! ....good day
