Fraudulent Mechanics

DO NOT take your car here for service - I made the mistake of bringing my car here for regular service and over the past few visits have realized that none of the service "advisors" have any idea what they are talking about. They diagnose problems and make repairs on little more than a hunch... Twice I have brought my car in, had them make repairs and had to return within a week because my car was performing WORSE than it had before I brought my car in. Women especially beware - they see dollar signs when you drive your car into the service department. I would suggest you take your car to Midas, Vista Ford or someplace else - this place is a total fraud. I would also mention that the women who work in the cashier/office are fat, rude and never say "thank you."

FUNNY REVIEW BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10YRS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM..ON MY 3RD FORD....YOU OBVIOUSLY ARE SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR AND WOULD LIKE TO BLAME IT ON A GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMANT WITH FRIENDLY STAFF..

Well, your unnecessary, rude comment reflects the credibility of your words. Interestingly I always find the ladies nice and pleasant, but I also approach them kindly and I say "thank you" myself. Have you ever tried?

Have you ever heard, that " What you give out is what you get back" ? I would suggest you to go to Midas yourself and see what you get :)

Reliable car service

I am a customer of Airport Marina Ford for over 6 years, for all my car's maintenance and repair needs. The staff has always been very nice, professional and helpful, the service fast and fair. I had a small problem twice during these years, both times the service director, Leonard personally corrected it right away, well making up for the small inconvenience. He is very dedicated to excellent customer care, making sure every customer leaves happy and his positive attitude mirrors in the staff, as well. I am always confident that my car and I get the best possible treatment without any " Funky-Monkey Business" that most other places would pull-off... :-)

great for car rentals

their rental staff is friendly and very personable; I had rented from here about 1 year ago and I still remember their no hassle treatment for every renter; they specialize in domestic models.

• Cons: only domestics
