FANTASTIC customer service

a really great resource for beginners and more advanced sewers alike. they carry janome and viking/husqvarna sewing machines, but can repair just about any brand. anyone who has purchased a machine from them gets free classes on how to use it properly. they also offer general sewing classes, scissor/knife sharpening, a great trade up program and workspace rentals. i'm pretty sure if you go to their website, you can download coupons to use. love love love this place.
