Chevonne is tops!

I had not had a great haircut is a good while. So when I sat down in Chevonne's chair a the Goodform salon on Fairfax I was a bit hesitant. She instantly made me feel comfortable. She quickly understood what I wanted to change from my current style and what I wanted to remain unchanged. She updated and refined the style, but maintained the essence of my "look". Her philosophy about cutting and styling hair was also refreshing. Her job is not a mere trade. To her, a creative soul, hair is simply "another kind of canvas". That creative spirit is evident in her work. More to the point, the cut and color were (and are) fabulous. To give a sense of this, I lived in Mexico City recently where my hair had been cut by one of the top stylists in the country. Soon after Chevonne worked her magic on my hair I ran into a friend of mine from Mexico. Her immediate reaction to my cut: "Your hair looks great. It's about time you found a good stylist." Indeed, my hair looks every bit as good as it did in Mexico, yet with a SoCal touch. So talented, creative yet attentive to the client's preferences, and a real sweetheart -- what more could you ask of a hair stylist?

a good place for hair

I am always pleased with Chevonne Moore's haircuts. She has a deft hand for cutting layers that complement your bone structure and that just seem to make sense as you go to the mirror to style your hair daily. She also uses the right tools and technique to give your hair a measure of texture that will maintain style even as your stretch out time between cuts. Friends always compliment the layering.

While Chevonne can easily do stylish or fashionable cuts--if that's what you want--she also has the sense to create looks that are flattering and tasteful, never ratty or unsustainable, a problem I've had with stylists in the past.

Chevonne is also fantastic at creating personalized blond shades that complement your skin tone, rather than washing you out. She comes highly recommended.

Chevonne Moore is worth her weight in gold

I've been fortunate enough to have Chevonne Moore as my stylist for about 5 years. I'm not a hip girlie-girl; I need all the help I can get. I never have an idea of how I want my hair cut. I tell Chevonne, "Do whatever"; I’m never disappointed. Chevonne consistently gives me an awesome (low-maintenance) hairstyle that makes my friends envious. Chevonne is a beautiful, wonderful person. I always enjoy my conversations with her. Schedule an appointment with Chevonne, she will transform you into pure hotness.

Oh My God, I'M NOW A GODDESS

Alizabeth became my hairdresser in 2007, I was 65 years old and always had to wear my hair short as I was told it wouldn't grow long, I was then sent to Alizabeth through a friend, She did me in a blone color, cut and style and I had so many, many compliments on my hair. Now since she has been working her magic on me for two years, I have long beautiful blonde hair like Suszanne Somers, long gorgorus, and silky, I think I have become a cougar because of Alizabeth, as now I am being taken for 45 years young and I am finding guys can't keep their hands out of my hair, it's such beaufiful hair, Alizabeth did this to me and for me. If you are silly enough to go anywhere, or to anyone except Alizabeth, you don't deserve to have guys kocking your door down, texting you, and lining up for dates. Just try her once, while she fixes your hair, she fix'es your soul with her young beautiful wisdom. If this Salon ever loses her, if she going to Paris or whereever, then I'm following her. Bless you Alizabeth for changing my hair and my life!!!!!

hip salon with great stylists - love Chevonne!

This is a great salon -- it's got a bright, fun ambiance, and the staff are creative and hip but not pretentious. You're definitely made to feel comfortable here, and Chevonne Moore is the best! I've followed her through several salons, and my current cut is the best one I've had in about a decade. I wake up every day loving it! She's very conscientious about making sure you get what you want, and will keep working on the cut until it's exactly right.

Alizabeth at Goodform Rocks!

I have been coming to Alizabeth for many many years! she has always given me the best cuts and colors. She is able to give me new ideas and options when I am bored with my look. She loves to play with color to achieve unique looks. I am very excited she is back at Goodform! Love that salon and Alizabeth! One visit and you will be hooked.

Alizabeth has been doing my hair for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get what I want whether it be a plain hair cut, color, relax straitening, or style. I enjoy the environment and always feel at home while getting the professional results I demand. Alizabeth is the only stylist I plan on using in the future!
