Seriously, Not as crowded as other places, good food, fun music.... Servers are nice, attentive, they will change any dish to your specs. Give it a try again. I think they had some bad luck for a while, but are back on track....

I eat here every weekend, and I've never been disappointed by the food or the service. The atmosphere is very comfortable and every dish I have tried on the menu has been great! I definitely recommend this spot. It's less crowded then some other brunch spots I've tried (where I've had to wait 30-60 minutes on occasion), and has wonderful service and very reasonably-priced and delicious dishes. I intend to keep going back every weekend.

Pros: Great service, great food, great prices!

Cons: Street parking can sometimes be scarce.

I am surprised to read the bad reviews. I've eaten here at least once or twice a week for the past six weeks. They have free wireless M-F which is convenient for me. The servers have always been

Until getting the order of drinks, it at least take 10 minutes even though it wasn't not crowded. Then til get the food, it took over half hour. Waiter/waitress were really rude and doesnt come to refill coffee or anything during those long waiting time. One of manager looking man yelled at customers who wished to have ordered their food before us in front of other customers. His words were "Oh, if you want to leave, go ahead!" Also for incoming customers, one of waitress said, "Are you in a hurry? Because we are slow today." this happened after some of the customers complained. Lot of customers left while we waited for our food. It was such a horrible experience. Food was moderately good but I would never go back again due to customer services.

Iused to go to this place from time to time when the previous owners still had the place. It was ok, not great but good enough. However, ever since this woman has taken over this place, the food is HORRIBLE, the service/the owner is slow, rather snappy, and SLOW! They have a huge menu and NOTHING available. LOS ANGELES: DONT GO!

Pros: hardly anything

Cons: too many to list

Comments about bad service ruled Who's on Third out for months. And I understand bad service - I was HORRIBLE in my day. But slow service + L.A. attitude = intolerable... Chalk up another learning experience when we finally took a chance (other places had lines). The lesson learned: don't trust jack at this site. Don't trust haters...or glowers..(or me, I guess). Only saying this because the food at WOT is outstanding, and its service, though not perfect (I-B-entitled to zero stones for the casting) is actually better than most, i.e. occasional brain farts bring apologies rather than indifference. Learned that WOT's been under new ownership this past year, and (based on uninitiated praise of way-too-enthusiastic couple at next table) is worlds apart from old establishment. Well, not worlds apart: interior's still tacky as hell. But hey, just try the salmon salad and then feel free to pop off!

Pros: Eclectic lunch menu, Coffee, Breakfast

Cons: Tacky interior, (it grows on you), Risk of slow service

I always drive by this place and vow to try it because it looks kind of charming. Today I had lunch there and it was a terrible experience. It wasn't crowded, I guess because it was a Monday afternoon. Nonetheless, I sat there for 25 minutes before I got anything. About 15-20 minutes in, the cook came out to double check my order. My drink, my soup, my sandwich and sweet potato fries all came at the SAME TIME. I ordered a cup of soup and got a bowl. The fries were too greasy to eat. I asked for no avocado on my wrap and, even after the cook personally double checked, I still got avocado. The food tasted good, but unfortunately I had to quickly scarf it down because my meter was running out. All this for $21. What a rip off.

I'm a regular at Who's on Third and have thankfully never had the services problems mentioned in the prior reviews. In my experience, the service has been efficient, the food simple and delicious, and the ambiance chill and laid back. Breakfast is definitely their forte, so aim for that -- french toast made with croissants, anyone?

Pros: great breakfast, laid back atmosphere

Cons: difficult parking

...one of the worst restaurants I have ever been too. We went there for breakfast- food was ok but the service was HORRIBLE! The waitress asked if we would like more coffee three times but never brought it to us. Another waiter came over with coffee & asked if we would like a refill. My husband said he was drinking decaf & the waiter looked at me & said 'well do you want coffee?' He didn't even offer to bring my husband any more. He then poured coffee on my breakfast. He saw what he did & didn't even apologize. Our bill took another 15 minutes to get. When he took my credit card, he put it down on the counter while he casually chit-chatted with a co-worker for the next 10 minutes. We had a much better experience at Quality down the street for the exact same price.

Pros: outdoor seating

Cons: service

Lucked up on this GREAT place! Was headed to Toast (restaurant 2 blocks away) but the crowd there kept the car moving down the block. I'm happy it did! I enjoyed the food so much at Whos on Third. Its a cozy spot, and didnt feel like the usual trendy spots in the area. Perfect to get in and out and not have to stand around to wait for a table. Perfect place for lunch, and they serve breakfast all day. You must try the 3rd Street Salad, it was one of the best salads I've had in a while. I will be returning soon

Pros: food, service, privacy
