Three of us had the fried chicken with creamy mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was YELLOW in spots, undercooked and simply tasteless. The mashed potatoes, I have to say, one would have to try very hard to make inedible mashed potatoeseven average ones are good, but these were, again, tasteless and I dont see where the creamy part came inthey were awful. The fried chicken was also terrible--NONE of us ate it. I had a soft-shell crab appetizer that was so grease soaked I couldnt eat it, aside from picking a bit out of the center. We spoke to the waitress about it who said she told the manager. We anticipated seeing the manager, especially after 3 guests complained about the same meal, but he/she did not come to the table. None of our phone calls or letter to the management regarding our experience were returned.
Cons: bad food, poor management
