I was excited to visit a spa with a variety of services and treatments but what I found was poor service. I go to a spa for the treatments but more importantly the service. I would not recommend this spa but you don't care about customer service.

We want our customer to know that Raya Day Spa provides for its clients a validated parking in 100 feets from the Spa at 8500 Melrose Blvd. underground garage (corner of Melrose and La Cienega Blvd, entry from La Cienega Blvd.). First hour is free each additional hour is only $1.50. The information about parking is available at our web site www.rayaspa.com, also in our catalog and on the posters inside the Spa.
