I just moved to the West Hollywood area and was looking for a new place to tan. I called around and even though this place was more expensive than my last salon, the girl on the phone was so sweet and took the time to explain their services. I was impressed. When I went in I thought the salon was beautiful, they made me a latte, and I ended up getting a series of the airbrush tans. It came out flawless and I'm going to get it done again for my upcoming wedding. I am very happy I found this place.

I travel all over the United States for business and have tried many salons in the Los Angeles area. Recently on the advice of a friend who lives near 3rd st in L.A. I tried UVASUN....WOW!!! UVASUN is by far the best tanning salon in the L.A. area. The girls that work there are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I cant tell you the name of the bed that I tried but it was great...two sessions and I was TAN!

Pros: valet parking, great beds, great customer service

It was over priced for the qaulity of the beds. I went several days in a row and didnt see much results. Maybe they need to change the bulbs more often in there beds. Usually cheap owners do this. The service was rude especially the two sisters that work behind the desk. Unfortunetly I had to make a formal complaint to the owner. I went to Sunset tan and had much better service and got a good tan. In my opinion I would NEVER go back to UVA sun.

Pros: Valet Parking.

Cons: beds are filthy,bulbs are weak, Service was extremely rude

I have been coming here for over a year. It is the best place to get any sort of tan, plus other beauty treatments like the light therapy. The staff are so incredibly friendly and I never feel pressured at all. I love the coffee bar and the amazing skin line that they sell. I'd never go elsewhere because the packages are great, the service is wonderful and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

Pros: valet, coffee bar, friendly service, different types of tans

The staff is professional and polite. I appreciate the free beverages. Numerous friends have recommended Uvasun to me and I'm glad they did. It saved me a lot of time trying to find the right place to tan. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly without being pushy. I love that it only takes 8 minutes to tan. Uvasun can consider me a loyal customer. Thanks much...

I went to Uvasun on the recommendation of a friend of mine. First of all, the salon is quite big and very clean. I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered a tour and a free beverage (they even have wine!). I did the Liquid Sun; the girls said it would last longer than a mystic and it did-smelled better too. I loved how it looked! I highly recommend this salon to everyone-and this coming from someone who has done my share of tanning and at all kinds of places. This would have to be my new favorite!

Pros: alternative to Mystic, coffee bar, friendly staff

I used to go here for the Mystic Tan and Liquid Sun (cannot understand how anyone still lays in the "cancer beds" now that we have spray-on technology but that's another story)... however, the owner Greg is so rude and lechy that I now go elsewhere. This place is very big on upselling you and trying to get you to pay for some bizarre facial light machine (my theory is that he spent a ton of money on this silly thing and is now trying desperately to recoup it despite the fact that it doesn't do anything). I am a believer in going places where my business is appreciated and where I am treated well as a client, and that is why I will not return to Uvasun, despite their nice coffee bar... that just isn't enough to keep me coming back.

This place is the greatest. I love the atmosphere and they have free drinks! The Sungate tanning bed tans perfectly in 10 minutes. The staff is warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their special Liquid Sun tanning is awesome and the new Omnilux facial rejuvenation and acne treatment light is fantastic. very clean also and parking is easy.

I treat myself every week or so with a visit to this salon. I really enjoy the feeling a visit brings me. I think the tanning beds are great and the stereo systems in them sound great. Thebeds are huge and are very strong so I get real good color every time. My girlfriend does the spray booths and looks great, too. The salon has a free bar and valet parking. It is a very upscale salon but the prices are very affordable. The girls that work there are also very nice and I would recommend this business to everyone.

I really like Uvasun. I have been going for many years and will not go anywhere else. They have a really nice place and good services. It is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. They are in the news a lot for bringing in a lot of new machines and services, and they have a lot of famous clients so I know I'm in the right place. They are never pushy, just real helpful. I recommend Uvasun as being the best tanning salon in LA.
