Super Freindly
by 1jkatz at Citysearch
They have huge selection of strollers, carseats, furniture, and etc.. I compared their prices against amazon and all the local stores. They where right in line with the lowest prices on amazon and lower then all the local stores. I did a lot research going in on carseats but they knew their stuff on a diffrent level. Their owner is a big carseat advocate and was an expert on Dateline. He is not one of does guys that tells you everything is good. He has clear opinions on products and he is a new dad.
- Pros: Best prices and selection
- Cons: parking. Park on the side street to the store.

- Cons: parking
Best place to buy carseats
by auntkak at Citysearch
As a professional nanny for a very high profile celebrity we have always bought our car seats from sam . we have NEVER had any problems at this store ! On sam's recomendation we bought the "Sunshine Kids"booster seats and thank god we did as the children were in a crash and were fine thanks to these booster seats. Sam and his staff are very well informed on ALL the products they are selling.....We will continue to shop with sam for all our needs, we recomend Tiny World very highly to everyone!
- Pros: very well informed
Avoid At All Costs
by chugs1967 at Citysearch
Sam, the owner of Tiny World, is unreasonable. We purchased a bed which did not fit in the room and he was unwilling to refund or even issue a store credit. We will end up in small claims court with him. Not worth the aggravation and would never buy from or recommend.
- Pros: Selection is descent
- Cons: Customer Service does not exist.
Horrible - Don't buy anything here

This place has horrible service. I purchased a crib, bedding for crib, and a baby bouncer. They never called us when the items came in and we waited over two months for the bouncer. You are better off ordering from an online store.
- Cons: Horrible service, bad parking, non-responsive
Great Customer Service

I stopped in to check out the variety of childrens furniture f and car seats for my niece. I wanted to get a really great gift for my brother to congratulate him on his new addition. Tiny World had very knowledgable sales associates and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Tiny World for all your baby care needs!
Juan is the Man!!!

I bought a car seat online and called to see if the Juan, mentioned in other's posts was still there. Luckily, he was. He installed my new Britax Boulevard with such precision and expertise, that I don't particularly care if he's certified. He told me he's been installing car seats for over a decade and it shows. The seat doesn't budge even a millimeter. They charged $39, but don't forget to tip Juan because I have a feeling he's not getting much of that.
As for the store itself... nice, fancy, baby luxury goods, but understaffed. The older female manager was a bit abrasive for my taste. But who cares? Juan rocks!
- Pros: Juan and his wonderful carseat install
- Cons: Everyone else was kinda snobby.
It depends on who you talk to

I've been a Tiny World customer for a few years now, which I realize, for some of you might be hard to believe. And I can understand some of the negative comments made about the store. There are definite issues. Namely, the owner. I've never met such a narcissitic you know what in my entire life. Wanna know what Sam's lying? ...When his mouth's moving. He's a used car salesman. He doesn't care what he sells you, as long as he sells you. All he cares about is making a buck. Now, after that... Tiny World's only saving grace is Renee & Juan. Renee is most knowledgeble, kind hearted woman I think I've ever met. She knows all the answers, and is so willing to bend over backward to help you. She's the best. And Juan's the best installer in town. Although, I will admit the $27 price tag ($40 if you bought the carseat somewhere else) is a bit steep when you do it multiple times, but he's the best. He gets it in so snug, and answers all your questions.
So, if you're looking for the best store in town... This probably isn't it... but if you're looking for the best person to guide you through the wild world of babies... Renee's definitely the one to talk to. Avoid Sam & the older lady. She's incredibly sweet, but the term absent minded would be an under-statement.
- Pros: Renee, Great Install Service
- Cons: Only street parking, The owner
great store

I am really thankful for this store. I was in bad car accident with my baby. The car was destroyed but we where not hurt. The fireman told us that was the best instalation of a car seat.

We bought about $4k of merchandise at this store. We bought a crib, dresser, glider, stroller, car seat etc.
They called us about 2 weeks before our daughter was born and said that the furniture had arrived but that there was damage to the dresser. They asked if they could deliver the merchandise and then swap out the dresser once they receive a replacement dresser. Seemed reasonable, I said great. What I should have said was NO WAY. Bring me one in PERFECT condition.
2 months went by and I'd called them 2X by that point. "They're having "vendor" problems and delivery problems." Then I got a phone message from someone at the store who "wasn't really sure if we were or weren't waiting for anything and they were just trying to figure it out." They asked if I could I call them back and let them know? I explained to them that we weren't waiting for a dresser top but a whole new dresser (there was damage to more than the top. WOW.
A week later the manager called who put me on the phone with the VENDOR. He told me very nicely that they were having problems with manufacturing and delivery etc. Blah blah blah. I asked him if he felt it was reasonable that we'd been waiting for 4 months. I told him that while I was sure he was truly having problems I just didn't care. My grip was with the store, they're the ones I bought the furniture from. It was SO inappropriate for them to even put me on with the vendor at all!
Since then they've offered a $50 discount on the $1200 dresser....talk about insulting. This is a store that sells floor samples which is what this would be for 50% off!
I CAN NOT recommend this store and I'm not a complainer. True, they do have good selection but when it comes to solving problems and serving the customers it's a nightmare.
It's not a HUGE deal but for the amount of patience I've had and the amount of money we spent they should be bending over backwards to solve this and keep us as a customer.
- Pros: knowledgable.
- Cons: horrible support. bad service.
