i love this place!

Low key but hot! This is one of those places you don’t know how much you need to be there, till you GET there. The drinks were great(strong), service was fab(fast and friendly), and we will definitely be back! It helps that I have a buddy that does promo though… He got us in with no wait, great table and again, great service! Give him a shout at hwguestlist@gmail He can hook you up with VIP treatment, parties, bottle service. Whatever you need, the night is a party you DON'T forget

cool place

I live in this neighborhood and this is a cool bar to stumble into. There's no cover and there was a string quartet playing Latin swing blues. The bar tender was mello . $4 will get you a beer and a shot. $7 will get you a great martini.

Cozy Little Spot

I really like coming here once in a while. It?s small and cozy but surprisingly has lots of energy. The crowd is social, good looking and just all around friendly. If you like pretentious LA hot spots then look elsewhere. This is a down to earth spot with reasonable prices. The only thing is the parking was hard.

Shaken Not Stirred

This is a place I like to go and drink. Usually start my evenings there and later venture out to somewhere else. Not much eye-candy, I think that's why they keep it so dark in there. The staff is great, drinks are stiff. What more can I say?

Amazing martinis!

Despite its provocative name and unusually dark setting, there?s nothing sketchy about the signature martinis at the Pico Blvd bar on the West Side. The Key Lime was my favorite; not too syrup at all and with a nice pineapple aftertaste. Monday each week is karaoke, which definitely added to the overall enjoyable night out. Those with claustrophobia though, beware! This place gets packed during after-work hours and on weekends.

Best Martini / Mixed Drinks Bar EVER!

Instead of fighting traffic on the way home to roommates that I cannot stand... I used my GPS up for a bar or pub near me at the time... Liquid Kitty came up and I really wanted to try out the place so I was on my way. Parking was easy enough. There is street parking and later at night they have valet. I walked in the door and had to take a second for my eyes to adjust it was very dark but cool and inviting. Once my eyes adjusted to the lower lights I found myself settling into one of my favorite all time bars. Damian the bartender served me some of the best drinks I that have ever passed my lips. Though some might scoff at the price... I dare you to find a better drink in the Westside! This place is amazing it keeps me coming back and I have always had a good time... I will return again and again. Monday nights are Kitty-oke, Thursdays they have one of the best three piece bands playing, Saturday a DJ spins some of the coolest mixes to set you into a nice laid-back vibe... in my opinion this is one of the best bars with superb drinks and a highly talented and skilled staff... plan to spend some time there. Tell Damian "E" sent you!

Good n Strong Martini's

This place is definitely not for everyone, it just depends on what you like. I enjoyed myself when I visited last night. The bartender was great, the music was good, and although small, this place is a good hideaway to just sit back, enjoy your drinks and chill.

i'm not sure why this place has such a great rating. it's very small- one room with a few tiny tables. the stools around the table are too high on one side and the other is a low bench. i felt like i was towering over my friends. the martinis were decent, good price. but the atmosphere and crowd left much to be desired...

It's a nice cozy bar with no cover and a cool vibe. Some people don't like the dark atmosphere, but I love it. The martinis are strong and delicious (key lime is my favorite).The bartenders are awesome and super easy to talk to. Every Monday night there is karaoke (fun stuff!). If you're just looking for a chill, relaxed place to go to during the week, the Liquid Kitty is the spot. In contrast to Friday and Saturday, you'll have a place to sit during the week and you can walk around without worrying about your drink getting knocked out of your hands. If you want crowds and are interested in being more social, the Kitty is usually pretty crowded on the weekend. Either way, it's fun and you'll almost always find someone to talk to.

• Pros: good atomosphere, cool/casual vibe, GREAT strong drinks, friendly employees, free parking at night, no cover
• Cons: they don't serve food, BUT there are some good mexican restaurants across the street.
