This place is definitely not for everyone, it just depends on what you like. I enjoyed myself when I visited last night. The bartender was great, the music was good, and although small, this place is a good hideaway to just sit back, enjoy your drinks and chill.
Pros: Good Drinks, Nice Bartender
Cons: Hard to find parking & the lounge is very dark

i'm not sure why this place has such a great rating. it's very small- one room with a few tiny tables. the stools around the table are too high on one side and the other is a low bench. i felt like i was towering over my friends. the martinis were decent, good price. but the atmosphere and crowd left much to be desired...
Pros: cheap, large martinis
Cons: atmosphere and crowd

It's a nice cozy bar with no cover and a cool vibe. Some people don't like the dark atmosphere, but I love it. The martinis are strong and delicious (key lime is my favorite). The bartenders are awesome and super easy to talk to. Every Monday night there is karaoke (fun stuff!). If you're just looking for a chill, relaxed place to go to during the week, the Liquid Kitty is the spot. In contrast to Friday and Saturday, you'll have a place to sit during the week and you can walk around without worrying about your drink getting knocked out of your hands. If you want crowds and are interested in being more social, the Kitty is usually pretty crowded on the weekend. Either way, it's fun and you'll almost always find someone to talk to.
Pros: good atomosphere, cool/casual vibe, GREAT strong drinks, friendly employees, free parking at night, no cover
Cons: they don't serve food, BUT there are some good mexican restaurants across the street.

I LOVE citysearch and read reviews all the time but have never been moved to write one myself until I saw how good the reviews of this HORRIBLE bar were. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AWFUL MUSIC, RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, STRAIGHT UP WEIRD CROWD. The drinks were nothing special and bartenders were rude (nearly refused to take cash because he wanted me to open up a tab). Bad vibe, place is tiny and crowded, low ceilings an almost no light in this loud awful place made for a horrible experience. I've never commited to a bar to only realize how BAD the place was that our entire party of about 5 or 6 all decided to get the hell out of there before we wasted more of a precious Friday night in this hell hole. We left and went to the NUMEROUS BETTER BARS ON THE WESTSIDE. I only give this place a ONE because it exists and is, in fact, a bar. Even if a lame excuse for a trendy LA hot spot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. THE DRINKS ARE UNDER PRICED. 8 DOLLARS FOR MARTINI THAT IS 10OZ. YEAH THAT RIGHT. UNLIKE OTHER BARS THAT HAVE 6OZ OR 8OZ MARTINI FOR 10 DOLLARS, THIS PLACE IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. IN ADDITION, THEY OFFER "THE LOWLIFE" A BEER AND A SHOT" FOR 5 DOLLARS. GOOD YOUR FRIENDS THAT JUST MOVED OUT TO L.A. NONETHELESS, PRICE IS NOT EVERYTHING. THE ATMOSPHERE CONSISTS OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL, WHICH IS GREAT FOR NETWORKING AND HOOKING UP. THE MUSIC IS GREAT AND SETS THE SCENE. OVERALL THIS IS THE BEST MARTINI BAR IN L.A.
Pros: DRINKS
Cons: NONE

he's a bit of a devil himself but Damian serves up delight 'tinis and dish! jared is a doll, too. it's fun to go early and watch people stumble from daylight into darkness, then grope around for something, anything to guide them. order the Madame (not on the menu, but yummy just the same)
Pros: the music is always swell
Cons: wish there were better food nearby to soak up some of the booze

while the martinis are awesome bar none, the secret here is to try the horseradish shots!! they are like no other!

Inevitably when I'm hanging out on the Westside, I always end up at Liquid Kitty. The drinks are mighty potent and the vibe easygoing. It can get a bit crowded when they host bands or DJs, though. Try the house martini, which I believe still comes with a camel no-filter (yes, you have to smoke it outside). The booths in back are quite comfortable and, if it's not too busy, offer the perfect chance to steal away for a moment.
Pros: strong drinks, no attitude
Cons: no food

I heard great things about Liquid Kitty, but was completely disappointed. Possibly one of the worst bars in town. Horrible service, lame atmosphere, but most of all HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would say avoid it at all costs.

Every so often I'll check it on a monday night because it's Karaoke night and I always know a few poeple there. The drinks are excellent, and so is the value. Key Lime martinis are great there. Bartenders are very chill. For meeting up with friends, It's recommended. If you're 21-23 probably not really our scene. If you want to get drunk with a bunch of friends, probably a good place to be. I honestly wouldn't go there with one or two people, because then it would be too empty. But remember, these are monday nights I am reviewing...
Pros: Great drinks - portions and value
Cons: Social scene
