Am done with Centinela Feed as well....

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the two negative reviews. Centinela Feed has gone the way of other companies that have grown fast, opened a lot of locations, and have garned a lot of customers with the increase of store locations---that they no longer care about their customers, or keeping their customers. I've been a customer for about 4 years and recently moved so I stopped getting their coupons in the mail. I filled out two change-of-address forms at their locations---no response. I called a regional manager to try to get coupons (think his name was Dwight)---no response. Called customer service to try to get coupons---once again, no response. Isn't weird how the bigger and more successful companies get, their customer service decreases? The more and more customers they attain, the less and less they care about those customers. Looks like I'll be getting my $150 per month of cat & dog food somewhere else from now on. And the sad thing is, Centinela Feed could care less.
- Pros: Lots of locations.
- Cons: Poor customer service.
The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!

I totally agree with the review below! We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and have had over 12 foster dogs and have been shopping with them for over a year. We have probably spent thousands of dollars there. We have always been told that we are never stuck with anything and we can bring back food if our pets do not like it. We had some food allergy issues with our white shepherd and we tried so many different kinds of food that THEY recommened until we finally found the right food for him. Just the other day we came in to exchange some Innova food that we had bought for our new shepherd pup, Blake (a very rude employee) told us that he can not exchange or refund anymore products for us! Let me state that we never got our money for anything we brought back, it was always an exchange!! The only time we got our money back was when we had one of our baby's passed away when we just bought her a big bag of food. If you want horrible customer service and rude people and to get stuck with food that your dog is badly affected by, then go to Centinela Feed on Venice!!
- Pros: Nothing!
- Cons: Horrible Customer Service, even from the G.Manager Gina!
I won't go back!

I've shopped at Centinela Feed for years. I have 3 fur kids of my own & foster for rescue...so we shop often too. They have always told us if there is ever a problem with a food or product, even if the pet just doesn't like it, bring it back for a refund or exchange, no questions asked. Bah! What an outright lie!!! Today, we returned a case of food because the product was all liquid instead of the usual meaty stuff. They did take it back & we picked out a new case of the same product, but different flavor & they CHARGED US FOR THE USED PRODUCT!!! What kind of a no questions policy is that? Needless to say, we won't return to shop there...but, they may have done us a huge favor! We went to a new store that we've been meaning t check out and their prices are cheaper than Centinela Feed without any coupons involved. Cheaper than their sale prices with a coupon! So, we spent over 70 bucks at the new store and will be a loyal patron for them. Good ridance Centinela Feed! For 3 bucks, you've lost thousands in revenue from my house alone & I'll be sure to spread the word to all of my friends and my rescue friends too!
Everyone should check out their local Mom & Pop places! Their prices are better & the service outstanding. Try the Dog-Ro-Mat on Venice, try Got Pet Food on 16th Street, try My Pet Naturally on Pico. ALL of them have better prices & service...and some better products too!
- Pros: They have stores eveywhere
- Cons: They have priced themselves out of their market -- compare them to your local Mom & Pop places!!!!
Great place for dogs!
